The objective of this text revolves around the presentation of the main ideas of The Structure of Scientific Revolutions by Thomas Kuhn. This article is especially aimed at university students, but it can be useful to anyone, layman in the field, interested in this stage of Kuhnian thought. To facilitate the reading, the text has been divided into ten sections, starting with a brief glossary of key concepts. Furthermore, reference to any external interpretative debate has been avoided
