Presentation of the Journal
The journal árbolQestional, a journal of Indo-Afro-Asian, Latin American and Caribbean Philosophy, is projected as an open access, biannual journal (January-June and July-December), which follows the principle of double-blind peer review and arises from the initiative of professors and researchers attached to the Department of Philosophy, specifically from Academic Body 1114: Cybernetics, Erotica, Philosophy, Theology and Social Sciences, of the University Center for Social Sciences and Humanities, of the University of Guadalajara, with the purpose of creating a space for academic discussion among professionals dedicated to research in philosophy in Latin America.
The journal will be attached to the Department of Philosophy, of the Division of Historical and Human Studies of the University Center for Social Sciences and Humanities of the University of Guadalajara; which will serve as the only headquarters, so that the space designated for it can be physically located for the development of its administrative and academic work.
