Socio-emotional education in the UMSNH Law degree

The education of university students and, in this particular case, of legal professionals from the Nicolaita Educational Model is the substantial educational function to converge towards humanistic, sociopolitical, technological and scientific development in Michoacan environment, hence the activities. Academics are directed towards the mission of promoting the talent of students who will be the professionals of the future and those responsible for moving the wheels of society and generating sociocultural transformations. With the return to presence in the classrooms, it has become clear that the teaching of Law has focused on the development of intellectual skills with a marked forgetfulness of emotional development. Psychological intervention has been required to address the psycho-emotional crises that students present, hence institutional psychological support services are over-demanded. This corroborates the need for an effective comprehensive education, where cognitive development is complemented by emotional development and promotes the socio-emotional hygiene of students, since education is a process characterized by interpersonal relationships, which are impregnated with emotional factors. to which you will have to pay attention.
